I am a work at home mom of one, so my hours are all over the place. I am online most of the day and quick to respond to questions and emails
– Is there a phone number where i can reach you?
So Cute and Sweet is a home-based business, and at this time we only correspond via e-mail. It is MUCH better than having a screaming 2 year old in the background while trying to talk on the phone. =)
E-mails are checked regularity through the day and night, and we strive to reply to all emails within 24 hours.
– What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through PayPal for online security. All prices are in United State Dollars (USD). PayPal is an easy, fast and secure way to purchase online.
– Can i use Disney images in my design?
No. We will not use Disney images in our designs whatsoever. Disney, Pixar, universal, etc. are copyright characters and it is illegal for us to use their images in our designs. In addition, many photo labs will refuse service when copyright images are used.
All of the graphics used in our designs have been purchased by us through various graphic designers, and we have the legal right to them via a commercial license.
What is the size of the digital invitation?
By default the size is 5×7 (5R). However if you need these in 4×6 (4R) instead, we would be happy to do it at no extra cost. Please specify this during ordering as there’s a $5 resize fee if you request to resize the invitation at a later stage.
– Do you offer photo editing?
We will gladly crop your photo’s to fit your design, and upon request, change your photo’s to B&W and Sepia.
– When can I expect my first proof?
Our turn around times can vary from day to day, based on current order volumes. Current turn around times are posted on our websites homepage.
– Can I get a proof before i order?
Unfortunately, we only send proof’s once payment is received. If there are mistakes or changes that need to be made we offer 2 changes.
– How is my final design delivered?
Upon final approval by the client, all design orders will be delivered via email to the email address provided when the order was placed.
PLEASE ADD email@example.com to your safe senders email. 99% of our emails will go directly into spam folders or bounce back if this is not done. When you are expecting your 1st proof(s) or final design…please check in your spam folder if you do not see your design in your in-box.
– Can you help me print my invitation?
Yes we do! We offer a optional professional printing service for 5×7 or 4×6 Invitations, Announcements, Holiday Cards, and Thank You Cards.
We do not offer printing services for any of our other products.
The price would vary based on size, materials, and quantity. Please contact us for a quotation and we’ll be happy to assist you.
– Can I Buy Your Printable Collections And Resell Them?
Absolutely not, all rights reserved with Print The Party.
– Do You Personalize The Items?
Yes we do!
– Are Your Printable Collections Editable?
No they are not, Once personalized they are in a non-editable PDF and copyrighted to Print The Party.
– Can I Share My Printable Collections?
No, they are for personal use only and cannot be shared.
– Can You Add Text To My Food Labels?
Yes, we charge $7 for the first sheet with text added and $5 per additional sheet needed with text.
– Can I Change Colors On A Party Collection?
Yes, we do charge $5 for a custom color change.
We have a color chart of the colors you can use.
That includes the entire collection.
– Can I Change The Font On A Party Collection?
Yes, please see the font chart. You are welcome to choose any of those fonts and $7 custom font change will apply. That includes the entire collection.
